Not just “gluten-reduced,” this IPA is 100% gluten-free. Cascade Equinox and Citra hops take the forefront with an array of big citrus overtones ranging from orange and lemon to a mild fruity pineapple. We use brown rice, sorghum, honey and Peruvian Muscovado sugar as the fermentable additions and we utilize gluten-free oats to help increase body and head retention. This combination of fermentables help produce a crisp mild sweetness which mingle well with the big hop additions. With this unique brew we are taking beer in a whole new direction that just about anyone can Enjoy!

This pale ale is big and flavorful, yet not as big as your average IPA, so we call it an Extra Pale. We use all Maris Otter for base malt with a bit of light caramel malt to round out the malt bill. The big player in this brew is a somewhat new and unique hop varietal originally designated HBC366 and recently named Equinox. This exciting new varietal along with fresh Cascade hops helps our Extra Pale Ale boast huge citrus and resinous pine aromas as well as prominent pineapple and grapefruit flavors.

For our Harvest IPA we made a classic American Style IPA and hit it with a huge amount of whole cone hops the we personally harvested from a farm right here in Edna Valley. We use whole cone Magnum for bittering along with a combination of Cascade and Columbus for aroma and flavor. This combination of hops along with just a touch of Azacca in the dry-hop addition creates prominent citrus and floral aromas with a slight fruitiness. Overall we believe this to be a highly drinkable IPA with just the right hoppy bitterness, and since Harvest only comes once a year we know you will miss it in the off season.

Kumquat season comes in early spring here on the Central Coast. So we decided to harness this aspect of our fresh spring fruit and create something unique and light that can harness the fresh Kumquat characters. Using organic Kumquats from Santa Barbara we produced a Saison, also referred to as a Farmhouse Ale, that has slight spice and fruit notes from the Saison yeast, accompanied by a big kumquat/citrus aroma. It has a soft malt and crisp wheat characters that go well with the mild tart-citrus flavor the kumquats bring to the palette. This light seasonal brew is only available in spring so get it before it is gone until next year.

Adonis is an American style wheat beer infused with locally grown fresh strawberries. In Greek mythology the strawberry came into existence when the goddess of love, Aphrodite, wept for the beautiful mortal man named Adonis upon his deathbed. It is said that her tears then fell to earth and formed "little red hearts" that we now know as strawberries. This brew pours a light golden color with a thick white head, and is accompanied by a seductive strawberry aroma that intermingles with a crisp wheat character. Seemingly a beautiful tribute to a beautiful story. Enjoy!

This DIPA is for all the hop fanatics out there. We start with two things in mind; Bitter and Strong. In order to make this brew unique and complex we decided to use 7 different types of hops, as well two separate dry hop sessions. The primary aroma and flavor characters are derived from Azacca and Jarrylo hops. When combined these hops create papaya and pear flavors along with aromas reminiscent of orange peal and tropical fruit. Our Double India Pale Ale is sure to delight eve the biggest hop head out there. Enjoy!

The American Blonde is the epitome of easy-drinking American craft beer. It brew is very light bodied with just enough bitterness to balance the soft malty sweetness. Unlike some other Honey Blonde Ales we do not actually use honey, instead we use a specialty grain referred to as Canadian Honey Malt. The use of this malt, instead of actual honey, allows us to acquire that distinct honey ale aroma and flavor without increasing the residual sweetness. Enjoy!

What we refer to as our New Zealand Pale Ale is actually and American Style Pale Ale made with a big portion of hops grown in New Zealand. This brew is light bodied, crisp, and it finishes clean on the palette. The large proportion of Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop brings forth aromas reminiscent of fresh peaches, gooseberries, as well as a bit of kiwi. Brews like this don't last long in the tap room so make sure to get you fill while it lasts. Enjoy!
